Our client is a globally operating, innovative, and leading technology provider. Our client offers contract manufacturing or customised systems for renowned international customers. Due to their expertise, they also operate as a development partner when it comes to efficient manufacturing processes. In addition of our client’s team, we are looking for a Sales Manager Automotive & E-Mobility.
Your tasks
- Acquisition of new customers and projects in the areas of welding, hardening, micro-drilling, and coating
- Strengthening the market position and optimising sales through lead generation
- Active maintenance and development of existing customers, e.g. through targeted up- and cross-selling
- Presentation of products and services as well as their performance characteristics and application possibilities
- Conducting negotiations at decision-making level and support until the sale is closed
- Market analysis, identification of emerging markets, and keeping track of competition
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) in the field of (industrial) engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales and ideally knowledge in the field of welding
- Resilient network and industry experience in the automotive &/or e-mobility environment
- Passion for sales, convincing personality, negotiation skills as well as communicational and assertiveness skills
- High proficiency in the French and English language (German skills are optional)
- Willingness to travel approx. 50 % (nationally and internationally)
